After Carrollton Internal Affairs once again failed to find any fault in their officers in the face of video proof, I realized this is still the only option....well, and the courtroom. I believe there are serious problems within the Carrollton PD, led by the chief. I don't believe it was anything like this before Redden took over. The actions of his officers appears to validate this belief.
