In this clip, this is a test of how well video footage from a Canon 600D/T3i would color grade.

The T3i is running the latest version of Magic Lantern for the 600D, has the bitrate set to CBR 2X (with a 95MBps SD card) and is using the Prolost Flat Picture profile out of the camera (details at: http://prolost.com/blog/2012/4/10/pro..., which is Neutral picture style, sharpness to 0, Contrast all the way to the left, and Saturation 2 clicks to the left. Additionally, in Magic Lantern, all sharpness is turned off.

The lens is a Rokinon 8mm T3.8 UMC CSII Cine Lens and the camera is in 3X crop mode.

That footage is fed into FFMPEG where it gets converted to YUV444p16, then hqdn3d with minimal denoising, then the noise filter to eliminate banding and posterizing artifacts. It is then converted to YUV422p10 and encoded as a DNXHD 220x 10-bit mov file and imported into Adobe Premiere Pro where it is given a basic Lumetri color grade.
