Cool Kids - Echosmith (Piano Cover/Go Pro)
Musical good evening to all the musically interested people out there!
This is my new cover of the song "Cool Kids" which is considerably softer and slower than the original song. Even though the drums sound fantastic on the original song, I thought that through making it softer it would sound more elegant, musical and harmonious, which I think is absolutely true!
In case you might see some advertisement on this video, it won't be because of me being greedy or whatever, but due to the original owner of the song will claim the rights on it, which means he/she can put advertisements wherever they want. Unfortunately, youtube is not the place to do covers any longer, since you should have a (costly) license for pretty much everything...
The piece itself was recorded on a Kawai Grand Piano with a Zoom H6 pocket recorder. I think for the price of the recorder, the sound is pretty decent. Of course it would sound way better with specialized microphones that cost a fortune, but hey, I'm improving right?
