Schumann - Kinderszenen: Bittendes Kind
Hi there! I finally had time to record another little piece which is very dear to me and I hope you enjoy it!
Robert Alexander Schumann, born 1810 during the Romantic period was one of the most influential composer during the Romantic era. In one of his best known works, Kinderszenen (Children's scenes) he includes many memorable tunes which capture one specific childhood scene very accurately.
"Bittendes Kind" is one of the more appealing little songs in Kinderszenen and is technically quite demanding, especially for a pianist like me who usually doesn't play classical music.
It was recorded with a Zoom H6 pocket-recorder and a GoPro Hero+. If you have any questions concerning the equipment, please ask! I'll try to help!
