can anxiety make you a toxic person?
After seeing a post circulating around social media, I started wondering if I had any traits that could be considered toxic to others. When I started thinking about it more and more, I realized that most of these toxic traits could be attributed to anxiety.
I would love to know if you can relate to this, or if you have any "toxic" traits due to mental illness that I didn't mention.
