After RAI 2,1 do f,f, n wait for the dash to visually appear, then follow with d/F+4 or any follow-attack you wish for.
Without the dash - wavedash you'll not reach far enough to cover all oki-options. Works with all RAI 2,1 enders or basic f+3 knockdowns/enders.
