We continue our Profitable Perceptions Series with Part II: Perception of unattractiveness (asubhasaññā) explained in the Dutiyasaññā Sutta (AN 7.49).
In this session we go through some ways for developing this profitable perception of unattractiveness, as well as why it's important to do so. And we look into the powerful story of Venerable Nandā Theri, who the Buddha declared “the foremost of my bhikkhunī disciples among meditators or those who practice absorption (or jhānas)” for encouragement and inspiration.
