Profitable perceptions (Part III) — Perception of death
We continue our Profitable Perceptions Series with Part III: Perception of death (maraṇasaññā) explained in the Dutiyasaññā Sutta (AN 7.49).
In this session we go through some ways for developing this profitable perception of death, as well as why it's important to do so. We also reference some of the Buddha's teachings on mindfulness of death, as well as the Buddha's sayings with regard to the story of the weaver girl and also Venerable Paṭācārā Theri for inspiration and encouragement.
