The Rogue Jammer Pull Up Bar is a heavy-duty pull-up bar that is designed to go above a door frame. Don't worry however because I put it on my wall and it still works fine albeit with some quirks. You can do a lot with the Rogue Jammer pull-up bar and I use it for many different functions in my garage gym. I use it for pull-ups, ring exercises, and ab exercises.
