Intermittent Fasting on a Keto diet?
Is this a good idea?
I discuss it while cycling along the Wansdyke path. Its a great route for both hikers and mountain biking, lots of undulating single track is great fun, especially when a bit fitter. watch out for rabbit holes though as have been over the bars more than once in the past. The views are fantastic and well worth the effort.
I get back along the Kennet and Avon Canal before having my weekly weigh up.
