There are some times I just get lost for words.
Part of my motivation to face danger and venture deep behind enemy lines, was to silence the sceptics who'd call me to question if the w@r in Ukraine was even real.
Well, I've been and I've seen, and many times I've been moved to tears.
We visited a now derelict apartment block, once home to 10 families, and the site of a missile attack, which killed three men who were standing just outside.
Sometimes I just struggle to speak, doing my very best to convey the reality of life on the ground for these innocent people caught up in this illegal invasion.
This isn't about politics, this is about lives torn apart so needlessly, and yet here we are, doing our bit to try and mend what is broken.
Many of these precious refugees have become friends, their stories too harrowing to share, their memories destroyed forever.
I'm proud to represent you on the ground, expressing your extravagant, unconditional love on the hurting and the desperate.
Once again, you prove, that together #WeAreHope4.
