Some time ago I got a job Offer from TIAA for the technical role and during my preparation, there was not much help available on how to prepare for it so here is the video showing my and some of my friends’ journey for preparation. Also, I do have a little gift if you are preparing for the TIAA interview, stick till the end if you want to know what it is.

2) Hiring Process
It had 3 Rounds (In some cases 4) and after that, the results were declared by the company. So the rounds structure was as follows
Round 1 - (Online Test - Apti + coding) - 30 Students
Round 2 - (Virtual Interview - Purely Technical) - 12 to 15 Students
Round 3 - (Virtual Interview - Technical more and bit of general Hr ques) - 8 Students
Round 4 - (Only for some - Hr more + bit technical)

3) Questions Asked (Rounds In Detail)
So from the previous section, we saw that there were 3-4 rounds. So let’s see them one by one
Round 1 - (Online Test - Apti + Coding)
a) Logical and reasoning Questions
Aptitude problem based on,
1. Train speed problems
2. Number system
3. Stream and river
4. Calendar problems
b) Technical Questions
Were of (easy to medium level) on topics like Os, Data structure, Networking, etc
Study From: solve the MCQ from GFG (would also be helpful in revising)
c) Coding Questions (2) - 30 Min
There were two coding Question
Language Available ( C / C++ / JAVA) - Python was not allowed
Question 1: Very Easy (simple Algebraic equation something like x^y)
Question 2: Easy (for loop)

Part 1 - Common things
Part 2 - Different Things
Part 3 - Hr Questions
Round 2 - (Virtual Interview - Purely Technical)
Part 1 - 30 % + Part 2 - 70 %
Round 3 - (Virtual Interview - Technical more and bit of general Hr ques)
Part 1 - 30 % + Part 2 - 50 % + Part 3 - 20 %
Round 4 - (Only for some - Hr more + bit technical)
