Intro
Whatsup everybody Aditya Mahajan here welcome back to yet another interview experience video, today the company that we will be looking at is IAURO, and these experiences would be from the people who have got in the company and have worked for them. So let’s quickly look at what are the things that we will be covering in today’s video.
So as usual we will start with What the Company does, the hiring process, Rounds in detail, and finally how to prepare for the drive.
Company Details
IAURO is a startup in the IT field that builds quality products. They Provide various customized products like web-app, applications. They also provide Cloud-native app development, data insights, and customer experience.
Some of their partners include AWS, Nasscom, The Linux Foundation, and also you can check details about them on their website
Hiring Process
For the technical role, they have 5 rounds, last year there were 4 rounds but this year they have added an extra coding round. 2 initial rounds being the screening rounds and the remaining 3 rounds would be the interviews. The rounds would mostly be related to technical questions, now we will look at each round separately.
Round 1
This is the first screening that you will face for the company hiring and it would be an MCQ test.
Last year the platform on which it was conducted was google form so it is not proctored
