Runescape Machinima Competition - The Curse of Runite
Entry for the Runescape Machinima competition, by Ganon81 (Username confirmed at 0:27). Comments now enabled since the competition is over.
The basic plot is that Runite was discovered a long time ago, and the representiatives of the gods send champions in the best armour and weapons available at the time (Simply Steel!) to the mines to try and secure the supply.
Intended to be quite funny with a good amount of deep insight into Runescape, but since I couldn't get anyone to help as cast (i.e. the only player character in the whole video is me), this is nowhere near as good as it should be. I'll probably remake this in the future with a longer timer, and hopefully some voice contributions from other people. Yep, all those crazy voices are produced by me, myself and I.
