Easy S'mores Cookies - Makes 20 cookies
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:
▪️ Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 8-12 minutes or until cookies are a light golden brown.
INGREDIENTS:
▪️ 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (1 sleeve of whole graham crackers, crushed)
▪️ 1 1/4 cups self-rising flour (see AP flour substitution in notes)
▪️ 1/2 cup unsalted butter (at room temperature)
▪️ 1/2 cup light brown sugar
▪️ 1/3 cup granulated sugar
▪️ 1 large egg
▪️ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
▪️ 10 large marshmallows (cut in half)
▪️ About 20 chocolate Hershey kisses
