Here are the quantities for the recipe 🥄:
🔸 For the tortilla:
◽ 2 large potatoes
◽ 1 onion
◽ Quartered cherry tomatoes (as needed)
◽ 2 cloves of garlic
◽ Salt and pepper to taste
🔸 For the vegan egg:
◽ 150g chickpea flour
◽ 220g water
◽ 1/4 tsp black salt
◽ Salt and pepper to taste
◽ Chopped parsley and basil
