Here are the quantities for the recipe 🥄:
🔸 For the milk:
◽ 500g dried soybeans
◽ 2.4L water to blend the soybeans (800ml in three batches)
◽ Water as needed to make a total of 3L of milk
🔸 To coagulate the tofu:
◽ 6g nigari
◽ 250g hot water to dilute
