Activate Custom Trigger In The Middle Of A Real-time Journey – D365 Marketing
If you are using the Real-time Marketing functionality within the D365 Marketing App, you might have already seen the new step you can add in to a Journey. The Activate a custom trigger allows you to trigger other journeys or flows in Power Automate.
I’ve written previously about creating a flow to kick off the trigger, but not the other way around. So, in this post we will look at how Power Automate will know you have activated a custom trigger from a Journey so you can then ‘do something’ with that information.
