Chocolate cake with vegetable oil in an Oberhof bread maker
This cocoa and walnut cake is very simple, yet delicious, airy, and aromatic.
You can make it not only in a bread machine, but also in the oven or slow cooker. In the oven, baking time is about an hour at 180°C, while in a slow cooker, it may take a little longer.
Wheat flour - 350 g
Sugar - 180-200 g
Eggs - 2
Water - 80 ml
Cocoa - 2 tbsp
Baking soda - 2/3 tsp
Vegetable oil - 80 g
Vanillin
Salt - pinch
Yield: 770 g
