Our golf biomechanics and ground reaction force workshops consists of a lecture delivered by Dr. Scott Lynn followed by a practical session where some of the attendees get to hit some ball and get feedback from Dr. Lynn. The goals of the workshops are to get a better theoretical understanding of the principles of biomechanics in golf and how that theory can be applied in real life coaching.
An extra treat is that all of the subjects achieve increased clubhead speed, longer carry and better consitency in just 15-30 minutes.
