With a measured weight of only 2.7kgs / 5.96lbs per plate, this set is extremely portable and easy to travel with.
The sampling rate is still 1000Hz and they measure force in all six channels, identical to the larger plates.
The size of each plate is 35x40cm / 13.8x15.7in and it comes with a Force Plate spacer to allow for both narrow and wide stance widths.
