What does the Swing Catalyst Motion Plate measure?
The Swing Catalyst Motion Plate consists of both a balance plate and a 3D force plate. This gives you both the pressure data (feet heat map) and 3D forces (newton and relative force). If you have a balance plate from before, you can purchase a force plate to make a Motion Plate and enjoy the additional benefits of: side to side (lateral) and front/back (toe/heal) forces, torque (rotational forces) and vertical forces.
