Midday Shadows - chapter 8 -
I had to put Brooke's search aside, when I received a desperate call from an old friend. His daughter has gone missing and he thinks something supernatural took her. As we started to work on this case I couldnt stop thinking about that girl Ana and what she said. I feel like time is slipping and I'm not giving enough effort to help Brooke, but I can't ignore these missing kids. Something's definitely not right here.
When I saw Brooke in that room I didn't recognize her. It surely was Brooke but something about her felt so unknown... And the way she looked at me, as if she didn't even knew me... And then everything became so clear...It's my fault. Everything that happened - it's my fault.
