Midday Shadows - chapter 2 -
How can I come home and look into Brooke's eyes after what I did. I ruined our perfect life together because of some stupid impulse that told me to quit my job while I still can. I needed to be with only myself for a while, so when Brooke barged into the diner like that, all I wanted to do is run away... And then, that evening, I remembered why I love Brooke so much again - because she can see right through me and understand what I want without any words. I know how hard it must have been for her to let me go, but this little perfect life - its just not my life. And we both always knew it...
