Using chunkbase.com you can find any biome you're looking for: Jungle, Badlands, Mesa, Desert, Ocean, and even in the Nether--Crimson Forest, Warped Forest, Soul Sand Valley, and Basalt Deltas.
Also, you can quickly find Monuments, Mansion, Bastions, End Cities, Ruined Nether Portals, and so on.
You can use Creative Mode to find structures but you can't find biomes in the console command. Type /locate -- /locate bastion to find the coordinates for it.
