With some luck and patience, you'll find one in no time. My guide is quick and easy. Getting silk touch is no problem and finding a flower forest isn't too bad either. You can place a bunch of flowers near Oak tree saplings and there is a (low) chance it will grow with a bee nest spawned.
Hopefully you don't find only 1 bee in the nest. You can breed with any flower. Mine the nest with your silk touch tool and blam-oh! A well earned achievement trophy in this 1.15 Bee update for Minecraft.
