You can find Diamond, Gold, and Lithium here on Mountain Island. There is a significant amount of Shale Outcrops located within the caves which will net you the necessary resources to expand your home base and the Seamoth, Seaglider, Prawn Suit, and the Cyclopes.
This farm is my favorite because the only things I have to worry about it having batteries for my flashlight and bringing the Propulsion Cannon to deal with the sand crabs as well as having enough inventory because THERE'S SO MANY!!
