Ingredients:

1/2 kilo Chicken Skin
1/4 cup water
1 tsp whole pepper
3 bay leaf
4 small garlic cloves
Dry in oven 12 to 14 hour, 60°C with fan (optional).
You can also dry in the sun, 2 to 3 days.
