The core of an ALN wall grill
I am producing the core of an ALN wall grill. As you can see I have a element that contains five cores. After separation we add a frame around it and then we have a finished ALN grill.
First my colleagues saw the blades. After receiving the blades we first punch the holes in it. Then we place them sorted by 4 pieces in the tube expander. Through the holes we add a small pipe. With our own method we are able to expand the pipe from the inside and that is our way of fixing the blades together.
We make these grills for a Domestic Ventilation project in Switzerland
