(60-second insta meditation, number 4)
My friend Samantha Faulhaber posted something about how when we get angry on social media, it might be because our bodies are more interested in alone time.
I'm interrupting the scheduled meditation for today to explore this theme, because I think there's something to it.
But, I can't speak for you. You need to look at your own experience here. What is it telling you?
Are you scrolling because you're bored? Because you're looking for stimulation?
Are you wanting to connect with others? If so, why aren't you doing it in real life, or even through DM?
Why are you scrolling without a purpose, looking for something to trigger you?
I'm guessing you probably aren't looking for social interaction. That's why you're so pissed off when you find it.
But, I can't speak for you. Look at your own experience.
What is IT telling you?
