Homemade potato gnocchi 🥔
I’m just starting to get into making homemade pasta and I am in loveee 😍 it’s so calming and I am determined to perfect my recipe!!
I’m not going to give out the gnocchi recipe since it’s a work in progress, but for the cream sauce I melted some butter and added grated garlic. Then I added flour to create a roux. Simply add milk and a bit of pasta water then sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top. I highly recommend everyone try to make pasta at least once ♥️
