Everything else is pretty much the same as the 3620 install of the SUSE.
A new note: I finally got lightdm settings to work.
secret, sign in as su -
then run lightdm-gtk-greeter-settings.
Seems to have stuck doing it this way.
Finally! A configurable log in manager.
Moving SUSE to the L75D is a major thing for me. I have certain things I do on this machine that I don't do on any others.
I did clone my Arch install onto another HDD before I wiped this SSD.
Insurance? Maybe. There is a limit to my jonesing abilities. I can always make a one day Disk swap. Probably not.
