Hitting AR60 w/Epic Win on the Standard Banner
I hit AR60 as of St. Patrick's Day 2023, angering a hilichurl camp to the point of sending the mitachurl into an axe-swinging rage in an attempt to throw me back to AR59 with a team of four dead characters. After all, my last commission of the day consisted of wreaking havoc on their camp, so it is reasonable to expect to be attacked by angry hilichurls. Sadly, this part wasn't caught on video.
Soon, it's over to the Akademiya library to spend my three Acquaint Fates, not expecting an epic win consisting of pulling Amos' Bow. To be honest, I had just hit soft pity with my last pull, so a 5-star wasn't unexpected out of these three pulls. Just didn't expect it to be the weapon I had wanted since before pulling a Diluc constellation as my last standard banner 5-star pull last September.
Now I have seven 5-star weapons, six of which I got off the standard banner. Lacking resources, the bow could only get to level 20, but had the resources to level it to 70 and enough ascension materials for the level 80 ascension as of the time this video is posted.
Ganyu's pretty much set at this point for weapons with Aqua Simulacra and now Amos' Bow. I sometimes like to snipe enemies with her charged shots from a distance in freeze teams and in the overworld, so this bow will make a fine addition to my arsenal. Don't forget about Tighnari, as he can also make full use of the passive, and I'll likely end up pulling him one day.
Afterwards, I spend resin on the Deepwood domain in the hopes of getting some quality Deepwood Memories and Gilded Dreams artifacts, but you know how the artifact RNG is...
Having won my third 50/50 in a row by getting Yelan and after an interesting and very rare weapon banner pulling session, I'm back to saving up for reruns of characters that I really want, such as Ayaka and Kazuha. From here on out, it'll mainly be saving alongside building and improving existing characters as well as pre-farming for characters I really want for when their next rerun comes along.
