CDC and WHO are now both downplaying evidence, even suppressing emerging facts on the key role of #aerosols. It appears as if they're acting in defence of commercial sectors such as the airlines and tourism industries, which are frankly in a worsening death spiral if global health authorites act, as surely they now must, on the greater certainty of #aerosols being key to transmission of this virus.
"Industry death spiral" certainly until everyone seeking to emerge safely from an aircraft fuselage has been vaccinated with a vaccine that actually works. If HEPA filters on airplanes prevented COVID19 infections, as has been claimed by airlines in the past 6 months, then all airlines would still allow #smoking on airplanes. THANK YOU Dr Shelly Miller, U Colorado Boulder for making this so abundantly clear without explicitly stating it. NOT ALL SMOKE BREATHED OUT BY SOMEONE ILLEGALLY SMOKING IN AN AIRPLANE gets sucked down to floor level air ducts to be (allegedly) recirculated via HEPA filters, so COVID virus aerosols don't follow that path either. The airline industry BS on HEPA filters "fails the pub test"
