Canon EOS R8 Overheating & Battery Life Test for Videos
Does the Canon EOS R8 overheat? How long does the battery last in video mode? In this video, I will answer those two questions.
Canon has been infamous for the overheating issues in their mirrorless cameras. They have managed to tackle the issues in their latest cameras, but what about the new small full-frame camera, the EOS R8? I tested out the camera's overheating in 4K30 and 4K60 and I am quite pleased about the results I got.
But what about the battery life of the Canon R8? I can't say I am too happy about it. Obviously the camera has a small battery because the body itself is also so small, so the battery life can't be as good as with the bigger cameras. The results of my tests were just as bad as I expected them to be.
