Transportation Monitoring using Image Processing - Idea
The project is aimed to build traffic monitor and control, which can warn people in traffic can choose advantage way easily in peak hours.
The project applies Optical Flow to estimate velocity, number of cars at the intersection, and communicate with PLC to adjust the temporary time of traffic light. Besides, the result will be displayed on the screen and guide people to choose the better way.
