Sustainability in Action: Solar Energy Now Helping Power Botswana Diamond Cutting Facility 🌱
🌞 Solar panels recently came online at our diamond cutting and polishing facility in Botswana, Africa. Renewable energy will soon power more than 90% of the facility’s energy needs.
The solar installation is one part of our larger strategy to support a low-carbon economy that creates a more sustainable world where love can flourish.
🌲 🌼Our goal is to cut greenhouse gas emissions by 11% by 2030.
🌍 We plan to achieve this through energy-efficient programs like LED lighting and HVAC unit replacements in our more than 2,500 North American stores.
