Lewis Hamilton Is Vegan - Here's What He Eats In A Day

If I were asked to name the most bad a$$ vegan it would probably be Hamilton.
He’s racing custom made cars in incredible speeds. Is covered in savage tattoos. And obviously, as the title states itself, he’s vegan.
Lewis is a top-performer. He’s a five-time world champion and holds a number of records in the game, including most amount of pole positions and fastest laps. And as we all know, racing is a very intense and high-risk endeavor to pay your bills.
So here’s what Lewis Hamilton eats during the day to gain his top performance.
Lewis Hamilton is officially plant-based since September 2017, after he posted to Snapchat:
“Going to watch what the health tonight. I’m on a mission to go vegan people, animal cruelty, global warming and our personal health is at stake!!”
There were also so called experts that claimed: “A large drop in testosterone could reduce Lewis racing edge and could slow his recovery after training and races.”
Haha, good one. Lewis goes on to win the Hungarian grand prix, Italian grand prix, Singapore grand prix and japan grand prix.
But what you often see in people whose life is interesting, their diet tends to be boring.
Hamilton enjoys breakfast. Take that kinobody.
His daily staple seems to be Porridge but sometimes he changes it up with beans on toast. Basic.
But Lewis is not a man of simple pleasures, no, no, no. Sometimes he enjoys vegan pancakes.
His lunch consists mostly of things like falafel sandwiches, a vegan chilli or a quinoa power bowl. Again nothing fancy, good carbohydrates, low fats with tons of micronutrients and decent protein.
His dinner, if we conclude from the Ferrari samples obtained in 2017, likely consists of a tofu garlic stir-fry with vegetables and wholegrain rice. On top of that he can consume coffee or green tea with dark chocolate. I am not a huge fan of caffeine after 4pm as an athlete, but the tofu, vegetables and wholegrain rice is great. BTW: Wholegrain rice is way better than white rice because wholegrain rice contains way more fiber.
The vegetables in the dinner section will definitely also contain some dark leafy vegetables which are a freaking bomb when it comes to micronutrients. I also hope Hamilton is spraying some flaxseeds on his meals and or is supplementing with vegan dha and epa, as well as B12 and maybe vitamin d3.
Unless he’s playing tennis in the sun as he seems to be.
Hamilton mostly hydrates with water and enjoys plenty of Energy Drinks from Monster. I doubt that he actually drinks them, but it’s a sponsor and it most likely pays the bills. Or the planes.
Overall Lewis stated that going vegan was one of the best decisions he could have made. He feels the best ever, while being strong mentally and physically at the same time.
This just really feels good. Lewis is a top performer which shows others that it is possible. I see nutrition and fitness as a fundament for our life, it helps us achieve the thing that we want to achieve.
Make your food boring and your life interesting.
