NGOs praised for aiding of Kennedy Road settlement residents
Durban Ward 25 PR councillor Siboniso Sibisi has praised NGOs for
springing to the aid of Kennedy Road informal settlement when a fire
razed their structures to the ground.
Sibisi says at the moment, 1 500 structures have been razed to the
ground with one fatality confirmed. Sibisi elaborates.
