Hey, just like you guys, I'm learning and not claiming to be the best at face sculpts, we are always striving to learn more and get better at our skills and for these we need to invest our own time and efforts.
I provide files for reference to the video only : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dUuQ... - Please credit me if you decide use these for academic, personal or commercial work but I don't think it's a good idea to simply use things you find, make your own!
I hope this approach can help you, please use reference as much as possible, even though I skipped using reference here, this was more about the general approach and tools to use in zbrush to get you started.
1. Start with a very simple shape
2. Work on biggest forms first before sub dividing
3. Do as much as you can in that sub division level
4. Do not simply subdivide and start to add details, this will look bad if the underlying forms are not good, so always biggest forms first.
5. Consider using zremesher periodically for better edge flow
6. Use as much reference as you need but be selective and keep it to say 10-15 images in the beginning with a focus on 1 main image that is clear and perhaps front view.
