Wafer Paper Wonton Skin Ruffles
Using square wafer paper to make ruffles. The square shapes are folded to look like wonton (Chinese Dumpling), attached together to form ruffles. Therefore I've taken the liberty to name them Wonton Skin Ruffles. An 8 inch diameter cake uses 5 pieces of A4 sized wafer paper.
