Caesar Salad Dressing Made PROPERLY!
There's not many salads that get my mouth watering, but a properly made Caesar salad is one of the few exceptions. Usually, it comes in a bottle from the shops and it's slathered over some lettuce and bobs your uncle. But actually, when it's made from scratch it's 100x better than any store bought bottled stuff. It's also not difficult to make. You can use this Caesar dressing to make a filling and tasty chicken and bacon Caesar salad, or if you want something a bit lighter, use some nice poached eggs, salmon or have it just on it's own.

To make my classic Caesar salad dressing you will need:
Serves 2 people
►1 large garlic clove
►3 anchovy fillets
►2 egg yolks
►2 tsp of dijon mustard
►1+1/2 tsp of Worcester sauce
►100ml of Olive or rapeseed oil
►Juice of half a lemon
►About 2 tbsp of freshly grated parmesan
►Salt & pepper to taste
►1 large chicken breast
►4 rashers of streaky bacon
►A handful of croutons
