This Was A Complete DISASTER!
So this certainly did not go to plan! BUT, it was tasty nonetheless. A top tip for you, is make sure you have a decent non stick pan when making this! I have actually made plenty of frittata's in my life, but this one didn't turn out how I wanted. But you know what, sometimes you have to take the rough with the smooth.

To make my potato and onion frittata (properly) you will need:
►6 large eggs
►2 med sized potatoes
►1 small onion
►4 rashers of smoked streaky bacon
►A handful of grated parmesan cheese
►Salt & pepper
►About 1 tbsp of beef dripping or other fat
