Dr Ally Jaffee is a multi-award-winning Psychiatry resident doctor and mental health speaker in London, UK. She is a huge advocate for greater nutrition and lifestyle medicine education within healthcare training and is the co-founder for the CIC, Nutritank. She is passionate about food & mood and doctor’s mental health, talking openly about her lived experience of Depression & Anxiety across her socials. Dr Ally is also a coach and a trustee for the Youth Mental Health grant-giving charity, Chimo Trust.
