You don't have to do anything
The words "must" and "should" are among the greatest torture devices of the human mind. They create immense pressure in our psyche and our body. High blood pressure, herniated discs, and burnout are among their devastating consequences. You don't have to do anything, and you shouldn't, unless you believe it.
Write down what you believe you must and should do, and check these statements with the simple question: "Is that really true?" Then replace every "I must" or "I should" with the words "I may," "I can," or "I want to." And feel how different that feels. With these words, all the pressure disappears immediately.
