Upgraded Gatwick airport station authorised by ORR
We authorised into service the newly upgraded Gatwick Airport station. It includes a new second concourse, an expanded existing concourse, new customer information systems and a dedicated passenger assistance point. 8 new escalators and 5 new lifts have been installed to improve accessibility.
