Fractal Flowers

These strange white flowers (actually weeds) started growing across the street. Never seen them before, but they started popping up all along ther sidewalk. They grew and grew and grew until the town came and mowed the grass over there. Once they came, the flowers have not returned.
I thought the structure of these were very interesting, as they are fractal! Very intricate design on the underside. I have never seen this plant before, if anyone has any idea what it is, please let me know.
