Miami, the 4th largest Hispanic DMA, is the hotbed of Latino media. There are over 2.2 million Hispanics in Miami, which represent more than 50% of the city's total population. The largest group of Hispanics in the Miami region are of Cuban origin. As much as 64% of the Hispanic population in the Miami DMA can be considered bi-lingua and nearly 1/3 are Spanish-dominant.

The tropical city is also the home to more than 150+ ethnicities and 60+ languages. Miami ranks as the 10th largest African-American DMA, with nearly 1 million African-Americans in the city.

Multicultural communities represent a myriad of opportunities for growing businesses that recognize the need to reach these audiences, which continue to increase at higher rates than the general population. Marketing to these consumers transcends merely the placement of ads in Hispanic and/or African-American publications. Instead, it's about understanding cultural relevancy and digging deeper into each specific community.

Let EPMG, the multicultural print and digital media experts, be your brand's bridge to multicultural consumers in Miami, FL.
