THE REVIEW OF THE 27-DAY FASTING EXPERIMENT!
In October 2018, I tried my first 7-day water fast.
Almost four years later, I'm repeating the experience, but this time in a beautiful setting designed specifically for this purpose.
In this video series, you'll follow me through these 27 days. I'll share my 10-day pre-fasting phase, my 7-day water fast, and my 10-day refeeding phase.
This third part will be dedicated to my review of these 28 days. Did I achieve my goals? What trend did my weight follow? What are the advantages of fasting at home versus in a center? I'll share all my reflections!
I want to clarify that I decided to do a strict water fast (only water). I had the option of doing a Buchinger-style fast, which involves consuming diluted fruit juice in the morning and broth in the evening, but I wanted to experience it again under the same conditions as the first time.
Furthermore, I decided to do a long and strict pre-fasting period, but it's possible to do a fast with shorter periods (7 or 3 days), although the side effects of fasting may be more pronounced during the first few days.
Finally, I'm neither a doctor, nor a naturopath, nor a fasting specialist. I'm simply sharing my experience, my feelings, and my reflections on this journey.
