In this video, we explore a strategy to manage your big ideas that may be overwhelming or difficult to organize. We suggest creating a comprehensive wiki for your project's characters, locations, creatures, and historical events. To do this, we recommend the Notion app, a free all-in-one workspace ideal for notes and task lists, easy to use, access, and share.
We've created a template to facilitate creative world-building, divided into sections for characters, locations, creatures, religions, artifacts, and historical events, mimicking the familiar format of Wikipedia. The process involves duplicating the template, renaming it, and filling it out with your unique content.
This bimodal approach to work allows for detailing your world while working on your story simultaneously, enhancing creativity and motivation. So, give it a try, and let's see if it works for you!
